History & Milestones

Founded in 2014 by the owners Karthik and Raj, Aeropact Precision Machining Pvt. Ltd in India quickly established itself by earning AS9100 certification and entering the aerospace market in 2015. In 2019, the owners expanded their global presence by acquiring Martin Machine, a company with nearly 50 years of experience in custom-machined bronze parts, specializing in bushings. By 2020, both entities were AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified, positioning them as key suppliers in various industries, including Aerospace. The following years saw significant growth, as a result of investments and both companies expanding their capabilities with new machinery.

Our goal has been to help our customers get accurately machined parts faster, with consistent quality at lower costs. We are a trusted manufacturer specializing in custom-precision machined parts, guided by four fundamental strengths that are key to providing the best value in the industry for our customers:

Our Leadership

The business is privately and fully owned by Raj Nagarajan and Karthik Chinnasamy.

Raj Nagarajan, President

Raj Nagarajan brings extensive leadership of over 20 years in aerospace industry and technology, supplier management, quality control, and global operations. His extensive knowledge of supplier management, quality and procurement, and successful history of operations management and production quality control sets the tone for Aeropact Manufacturing, LLC. approach to providing high quality, custom machined parts for our customers.

Raj received his MS in Engineering Management from University of Central Florida, and Graduate Certification in Project Management. He is also an ASQ Certified Auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt. Raj’s career journey led him to working for Gulfstream Aerospace for 10 years in the supply chain field.

Raj provides the direction for guiding Aeropact Manufacturing, LLC. into the future.

Karthik Chinnasamy, Vice President

Karthik attended Engineering College at University of Madras and graduated with a major in Aerospace Engineering. Following his graduation, Karthik worked at a coatings company, Aerospace Defense Coatings of Georgia, performing work for aerospace OEM’s such as Boeing, Gulfstream, Cessna, Sikorsky, and many others. Karthik further continued his academic pursuits at University of Southern California, completing his Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2005.

In 2006, he joined Cummins Turbo Technologies, Columbus, Indiana. Karthik worked for Cummins in different positions throughout his 9-year career, further strengthening his technical and managerial skills
